Terra Verde Resorts Sunshine Villa - Stunningly impressive 6 bedroom family home. Sunshine Villa is located within a gated community known as Terra Verde Resort. This executive home has 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths that sleeps up to 14 plus an infant in complete luxury and is particularly 'family-friendly'. We consider this property to be our second home and it is our intention that you too will feel at home for the duration of your stay. Please read below to find out and see more of Sunshine Villa.
Sunshine Villa is fully equipped and has been furnished to an extremely high standard in conjunction with an interior designer. It has 4 master suite bedrooms and a further 2 twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. The first of the Master Suites is located on the ground floor and features a King-size poster bed decorated in lush greens and golds. It has a good size television and DVD player, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, telephone and ceiling fan. There is a large walk-in closet and a huge ensuite bathroom with separate wc, large vanity unit, walk-in shower and a giant corner bath-tub.

There is a second King-size master suite located on the second floor with a rich red and gold decorated room. Again there is a hairdryer, radio alarm clock, television and DVD player. The bathroom has a similar decor.

The remaining two master suites both feature queen-size beds. One is decorated in a tropical palm theme and the other in a Nautical theme. All have televisions, dvd players, radio alarm clocks and hairdryers as standard.


Finally, there are the two themed twin bedrooms. The first of which has the very popular Mickey 'n Minnie theme and is a Disney fans dream! This room is situates next door to the upstairs King Master Suite so that you can be near younger children if necessary. Everything from a pair of Mickey's shoes to a television with Mickey ears, and not forgetting the Mickey clock and lamp - even the rug has 'Mickey Ears'. This room really does prove to be so popular with everyone that stays at Sunshine Villa, but particularly the younger family members.

The other twin bedroom has a 'Safari' or 'Animal Kingdom' design and also proves to be a huge hit with the children. both of these rooms share a bathroom which is situated between them. It too has a theme - Seaworld and dolphins. Both twin rooms have recently had dvd players added, so all bedrooms now have dvd players as standard. We should also mention the 'loft area' upstairs on the hall landing where you will find a television dedicated to the Playstation 2 (a good selection of games is provided) and also the high-speed internet computer and printer that is free for your use during the stay. It is ideal for checking Park times, online check-in, research and as it has full Microsoft Office 2003 and a range of communication software - great if you need to do a little work on vacation! It also features Streets and Trips for planning days out and Photoshop for enhancing your tan!

Sunshine Villa has plenty of space to relax or entertain. Fronting the pool area is a wonderful family room with plenty of comfortable seats to relax in front of the large screen cable TV. We have recently installed a multi-disc Home Theater System and of course provide a wide selection of films for all ages to watch, or if you prefer more traditional family past-times, we provide a selection of board games, puzzles and books. The Family Room links onto the 'Breakfast Nook' for breakfast, or a quick snack, in air-conditioned comfort overlooking the pool.

Adjoining the Breakfast Nook, and separated by the kitchen island, is the kitchen itself. Fully equipped with all that you could possibly require from silverware, cookware, bakeware, Tupperware, utensils, pizza trays, salad bowls, plastic ware, and of course all the usual suspects - Freezer with ice maker, refrigerator, cooker, oven, microwave, blender, electric toaster, electric can opener, electric kettle, normal kettle, teapot, coffee-maker, waste-diposal, dishwasher, etc, etc...

For a more formal feel there is also a spacious and comfortable lounge area, where you can entertain guests, escape the kids or just chill out and relax! There is a radio and CD player here for you to enjoy your favorite music. Next to it is the dining area which is perfect for family get-togethers or more formal meals. Both these rooms continue the Gold and Green Palm tree theme that flows throughout the Sunshine Villa family areas.

We should also take a second to let you know that Sunshine Villa has a full laundry/utility room that has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. We also provide a wealth of items that most normal rental homes don't. In particular we have a full range of baby facilities - 2 Pack 'n Play cots, two strollers including a sit 'n stand double, stairgates, baby bath, Bebo seat, High chair, booster seat, bed rail, baby monitor, toy-box, radio flyer wagon, trike, childrens outdoor table and chairs. For adults we also provide two sets of regular mens golf clubs free for your use. New! Sunshine Villas Pool and Spa Outside is a spacious patio deck with ample seating and loungers. As we do not have neighbours immediately behind it offers increased privacy. Relax next to Sunshine Villa's custom pool which is 30x14' with a waterfall feature from the spa. It is even illuminated at night - ideal to cool off in after a long day at the parks. It also has a superb adjoining spa (hot-tub) with fully automatic controls. For safety of course, the deck also comes equipped with a safety screen and the access doors have pool alarms to help prevent children accessing the pool unsupervised . It is surrounded by a pool screen that lets the sun through however keeps those nasty bugs away!
