Sunshine & Sundance Villas:

We found your villa fantastic. The kids were so excited when exploring to find everything they could wish for to have fun, including the games room and Playstation 2. Each bedroom has a lovely theme and my son loved the 'Sailor' room. There was not one thing missing! We will be recommending this villa to our friends.

I just wanted to let you know that my family and I arrived at your Villa yesterday safely. The villa is amazing. We are in shock of how nice and well kept it is. We love it so much and feel right at home here. You have done an incredible job with it. We relaxed in the pool last night and had a great night sleep.

I just wanted to write you and let you know we arrived and how happy we are about the Villa.

I can't thank-you enough for all your help and allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We will take good care of it.

Thank you, your house is beautiful and magical rooms.  The Mickey room is very nice for anyone.  I will tell our friends about the house.

We loved the villa from the moment we opened the front door. As a family with young children we felt our needs were catered for extremely well and a lot of thought had been put into the extras contained within the house itself.

We hope that future guests who stay here enjoy their stay as much as we have - we also both wish every success to the owners, Camilla & Neil who made every effort, and then some, to make our stay a happy and trouble free one.

We have just thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful holiday in a home which can only be described as luxury.

Neil & Camilla have provided everything a family would need to enjoy an excellent holiday. We look forward to returning.

A great place! Enjoyed the pool and the space in this very nice house.  Great holidays. Orlando is so much fun. Our kids don't want to leave!!!...

This is our fourth trip to Orlando and the first in a home (we've stayed on Disney property before). I doubt we'll ever stay in adjoining rooms or a suite again - - the house and all it's space met our needs better than any accommodation we've had. The boys enjoyed the pool.

Your home was terrific.  We have stayed in the Orlando area several times and have stayed in a couple of other homes and yours was really the best.  Many extra things provided.  Thanks.  We had to call your management company after we left because we left something and the woman I talked to was very nice and met us at the house within the next 20 minutes.  Great service.  My husband and I moved to another place for the next 3 weeks and we really miss your home.

As parents, grandparents & grandchildren we enjoyed your villa and resort immensely during our visit to Disney. It is spacious and very well appointed. The pool & spa were great places to relax.

This villa is the epitome of the highest quality and cannot be surpassed in anyway.

Everything is provided to ensure that residents want for nothing during their stay - Resulting in a relaxing, comfortable and most considerate holiday atmosphere.

As soon as we walked in we loved it - very clean, neat and homely. My nieces & nephews loved the pool and were in it every day. You had everything tat we needed - high-chair, stroller - internet for park information etc. When we come back to Orlando we would look into staying at your villa again. I would recommend it to friends & family. We had great weather and a great week. Thank you.

Sunbeam Villa Guestbook

I just wanted to let you know that we have had a truly wonderful holiday in the Sunbeam Villa.  It was a beautiful property – above and beyond our expectations.  The villa was beautifully presented and so well equipped.  We can honestly say that we have never stayed in quite so fabulous accommodation.  I will be highly recommending it to family and friends and hope to return again sometime in the future.

We are now back home in the snow and cold of eastern Canada. Our vacation in Orlando was wonderful. We felt right at home in your beautiful villa. Everything was wonderful and the kids especially enjoyed the wide variety of toys and the theme rooms.

The transfer in the Sunbeam villa was not a problem and the change was good for my 2 year old son to move into the Nemo bedroom which he really liked. Thank you for making the arrangements so easy for us.

You have a great villa and are doing a great job to make the vacationers fell right at home. Keep up the good work. It was a pleasure to deal with you.

Had an amazing holiday - villa was fantastic and weather was great. Seaworld was my favourite park. Can't wait to come back to Florida and will definitely recommend this villa to friends.

Firstly thanks for letting us stay in your villa - it is great! The guide s very informative with lots of great tips. The villa is lovely and clean and the pool & Jacuzzi are fab - just what you need after a long day in the sun!!! Hope to come back soon, with many thanks.

What an awesome villa! Had everything we wanted and more! Great pool, the Jacuzzi was legend! Air hockey was great fun as was the pool table. There was ample space for us all. Will be back.

This was our first holiday in Florida in a villa and we thoroughly enjoyed it, beautiful villa, everything that we needed was here. Kids enjoyed having the Playstation and the games room. Instructions were very good we travelled from Miami Airport and found it no problem. Enjoyed the Parks, best one was Seaworld. Will definitely be back in the future - thanks for everything.
